Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone
Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone are an exciting fantasy novel written by British writer J. K. Rowling. Harry Potter (children’s main character) is a boy who lives in the small town of Hogwarts, England. He attended the prestigious Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where he learned how to fight dark creatures and learn to be a great wizard. However, instead of becoming a powerful wizard like his father, he vows to become a good person like his mother. This causes him to be expelled from the school after a single night of misconduct. He then travels to Scotland, where he becomes a half-blood wizard trying to find his birth parents.
The story begins in the Pensieve Cottage where Hermione Granger, Harry Potter’s best friend, is looking for something to do on her birthday. When she finds the book “Philosophers Stone” written by philosopher Rowling, she buys it and goes to the bookstore to read it. During the course of the book, she meets a man named Draco Malfoy and becomes interested in him. They both end up falling in love with each other and end up getting engaged.
Afterward, Harry Potter comes back home only to find that Hermione is gone. She has been murdered by Malfoy, who she fell in love with. In an attempt to avenge her loss, Harry Potter tries to locate and attack the intruder. Unfortunately, he does not succeed and learns that he has been tricked into loving someone who does not really exist.
After this, Harry decides to visit the philosopher’s stone to find out more about his magic abilities. While there, he meets Hagrid, who gives him the identity of the “perfect person” that the stone was meant for. The two become friends and work side by side until the ministry of magic announces that they have received a prophecy regarding the next phase of Harry’s life. According to the prophecy, he is to marry Princess Hermione, the mother of dragons. Afterward, he goes on to work for the ministry, where he meets Tonks.
Tonks is one of three girls that Harry falls in love with. However, the relationship is complicated when she discovers that her father is not well. When Harry returns to Hogwarts, he marries Hermione and becomes the sole owner of the stone. But something bad happens when Harry goes back to work, and Tonks finds out that Harry has been working with dark magic.
The movie starts by showing the story from the point of view of the good guy, Harry Potter. We know that Harry Potter is the hero of the story, but how did the makers of the movie interpret this? How can a good guy to have bad luck? In the first few minutes of the film, we see that the bad guys are wizards (with a very minor exception). And they also have something called the philosopher’s stone.
From the stone, they learn how to turn into animals and other things. This gives them power over time, and they plan to destroy the good guy (Harry Potter) and steal the stone. They fail in their plans, and the stone causes Harry Potter to go back in time. At the end of the film, the bad guy is killed by Harry Potter, and the stone is left behind.
Based on the books, there are many theories about how the film came to be. Some people believe that it is based on a story that J.K. Rowling wrote. Others read the books and see what happened there, and decide that the film follows the events of the book. Based on what we see in the movie, it seems that the Philosophers Stone really does change things. It changes the way that magic works in the Harry Potter universe. Based on the trailers and clips released so far, the “stone” will be one of the biggest mysteries for fans until the movie releases in theaters.
